In our perpetual nod to Rhone-style wines, Catherine Syrah is nurtured from the deepest crevices of the stone-laden soil of our estate vineyard in the Rocks District Appellation. You’ll enjoy dominant seared pork belly, tobacco, and dried figs on the nose. On the palate, there’s an abundant foundation of distinct salinity met with deep cocoa, refined black raspberry and smoked venison. The quenching fresh red fruits harmoniously mingled with minerality lead effortlessly to a savory, lengthy, and silky finish. True to varietal and to its growing site in the Rocks, this wine is full bodied, loaded with character, and displays a soft power all its own.
